Speakers, please aim at a 15 min talk, 20 min absolute maximum. 25 min has been
allocated for each talk including discussions. It is hoped that we end up with
ample time for discussion during the presentations and during coffee breaks.

To upload your talk you should just have to log into Indico with your own
psswrd, as indicated in the Bulletin#5. If for some reason this does not work
for you, do not hesitate to use the manage psswrd: Canada. If all fails,
please contact Rob or Michel.

Travel, and in particular parking, information can be found on the conference
web site.

Lorraine has contacted Registrants with regards to the no-host dinner on Monday
evening. Please reply to her email so she can finalize the arrangements with
the restaurant.

As you will notice from the Registered Participants list, this meeting will be
well attended. The room will be full to capacity! We are looking forward to
your visit to UVic.
