Minutes of feedthrough meeting of 31 July, 2000.

Present: GV, Pof, MLenc, AD, RL, RM, RKK, MGF

*) Milestones:

	- 27 Vacuum Cables arrived on 28 July.  Testing 
	  is in progress.

	- The LN2 in-line filter arrived and has been fitted
	  onto the LN2 dewar.

	- The WarmFlange drilling and tapping is progressing
	  well and is expected to be finished sometime this week.

	- The heater-resistor tests are still going; still no 
	  failures.

	- Greg and Aaron have booked the ultrasonic bath at
	  TRIUMF for August 9 and 10.  They both should be 
	  really really clean when they return...

	- Mark has completed a prototype feedthrough crate, 
	  designed to hold two standard feedthroughs.  Some
	  work remains on the system to secure each feedthrough
	  in the crate.  Mark proposes to ship the crates in
	  units of six (two across and three high), held together
	  with an external frame of plywood.

*) Roy has contacted Jason at BNL regarding EndCap Pedestal drawings,
   but has so far received no reply.  In the meantime, Roy has
   obtained some "preliminary" drawings of the EndCap Pedestal
   from the BNL ftp site.  Paper copies of those drawings are
   in Roy's office for public viewing.

*) Roy has contacted Aboud regarding Feedthrough assembly 
   procedures (specifically, regarding the four tapped holes
   on the warm flange that will be covered by our heater plates)
   but has not received a reply yet.
