Minutes of feedthrough meeting of 16 July, 2001.

*) Milestones

	- About 175 of the 232 vacuum cables have been tested
	  for impedance, resistance, and contact resistance,
	  and about 220 have been tested for cross talk.

	- ft10 (our first special) has been welded, and also
	  passed its cold tests.

	- ft11 (our second HEC) is cabled and ready to be welded
	  tomorrow (Tuesday, 17 July) along with the first 12
	  of the 24 pincarriers that arrived on 10 July.

*) We will do some heat leakage / heater power measurements on
   the next HEC feedthrough to be cold tested.

*) Aboud has requested that the protective covers to be installed
   on the feedthroughs after they have been welded to the cryostat
   be made so that they bolt to the bolt ring, rather than the
   heater holes.   

*) Endcap cryostat C is expected at CERN on 30 September 2001;
   Endcap cryostat A is expected at CERN on 30 April 2002.

*) The "summary report" from the database has been mostly finished
   by Greg, but Greg will require some assistance from Jan to 
   bring it to completion.
