*) Milestones

	- ft14 (our third Special) was welded last week and
	  has been installed in the cold test station to be
	  tested this week.

	- 24 pincarriers were shipped from Glasseal on Friday
	  17 August.  Based on previous experience, they should
	  be arriving here the week of 27 August.

	- John Lindner will be joining the group starting
	  Tuesday 21 August, and will remain (at least) until
	  the end of the year.  Most of his time is expected
	  to be spent at CERN for feedthrough reception testing.

	- The final summary reports from the data base are
	  nearly complete now (by Greg) with only a few minor 
	  tweaks to be done.

	- Aaron has ordered the shock watch, labels, and other
	  paraphernalia required for shipping.

*) Cleaning of the TRIUMF lab is still underway.  All boxes of
   papers (overflows from upstairs offices) will be moved across
   the hall to room 015 for storage.  Purchasing should be 
   notified before disposal of any large (expensive and identifiable)
   items.

*) The heater plate wiring jig is finished, but requires testing
   before it can be turned over to the electronics shop for
   mass production of heater plates.
