Minutes of Feedthrough Meeting of 29 Oct 2001

Milestones


- FT 16 (FCAL) is ready to crate.

- The last (12) pin carriers that arrived on the 12 Oct are have been cold
  cycled, cleaned and are ready for welding into flanges.

- Received 27 pin carriers on 22 Oct 01 - (14) 7 row, (13) 8 row

- First batch of (12) pin carriers that arrived on the 22 Oct are finished
  their first cold cycle. All passed.

- Finished cabling  FT 17 and FT 18. They are ready for welding.

- Arrival of (8) FTs at CERN 

- Received today
        24 pin carriers (12) 7 row, (12) 8 row
        10 pig tail jumpers from AXON 

This Week

Welder is set for Tuesday to weld shut FT 17 / FT 18, and the warm and
cold flanges for FT 19 and cold flange for FT20

ECC cryostat delivery is delayed until Feb 02

The four pack crate for the (4) HEC FTs will be made this week. 

One of the pin carriers that were removed from the warm flange will be
shipped to CERN.

It was noted that we need a definition of when the feedthroughs are
transferred to CERN. Discussions with Pierre Pailler should resolve this
issue.

Greg will book his flight to CERN for the 23 Nov to 14 Dec.
