Minutes of feedthrough meeting of 21 May, 2002.

Present: Pof, FH, PB, WW, ML, AD, ASD

*) Milestones:

	- The rebuilt ft39 was cold tested (and passed).

	- ft41 was opened to replace the faulty vacuum
	  cable(s) from slot six.

	- ft42 was cold tested - it passed.

	- ft43 pigtails were installed.

*) The next feedthroughs types to be built will be:

	ft44	HEC
	ft45	Special
	ft46	HEC
	ft47	Special
	ft48	HEC
	ft49	Special
	ft50	HEC

   We may opt to sneak in the FCAL somewhere between ft44 and
   ft50 if the T52 FCAL cables arrive in the near future.
   The three remaining Standard feedthroughs will be built
   at the end.

*) The cold flange with the leaky pincarrier-to-flange weld which
   was removed from ft39 was repaired with a minor touch-up
   weld.  Dave Smith re-machined the flange so that it can 
   be re-used as a spare, and the flange has been leak checked
   again to make sure it was not damaged during the machining.

*) After the final (ft54) feedthrough is built, we will assemble
   for long term storage a full set of spares, including flanges
   with pincarriers already welded, so that we could proceed
   with the construction of another feedthrough if required.

*) Pof, PB, Wendy, and Fiona will proceed with making their CERN 
   travel arrangements this week.
