Minutes of feedthrough meeting of 29 July, 2002.

*) Milestones:

	- Final electrial tests for ft50 have been completed.
	  We now have 52 completed feedthroughs, with only
	  two Standard (both considered spares) and one FCAL
	  remaining to build.  These three feedthroughs are
	  being held up by the delivery of more pigtails (for
	  the two Standards) and the LAr pollutions tests for
	  the new type of micro-D material (for the two 
	  Standards as well as the FCAL).

	- The 30 FCAL cables that arrived on 18 July have been
	  tested.

	- 25 heater plates have been crated in preparation for 
	  shipping, along with bolts and thermal conductive pads 
	  for all heater plates of both endcaps.  Two heater plates
	  are already at CERN.

	- Four more Standard/Special feedthroughs have been
	  crated in preparation for shipping.  Still to be
	  crated of the current stock of feedthroughs are four HEC 
          feedthroughs and two Standard/Special feedthroughs.  
          Crating of the Standard/Special feedthroughs will wait 
          until the last two Standard feedthroughs are completed.

*) There will be a high level meeting tomorrow (30 July) at CERN at
   CERN to decide the course of action to be taken regarding the 
   repairs to the endcap cryostat.  According to Fiona, Roy will be
   attending the meeting.

*) Aaron and Wendy will finish crating the four HEC feedthroughs once
   all the database entries have been double checked against the 
   entries in the traveller sheets.

*) After setting aside those parts required for completing the last three
   feedthroughs, all remaing parts will be inventoried and organized in
   the feedthrough shop.
