News from CERN, 24 January 2003:

*) All 25 signal feedthroughs of ECC are now installed, welded, 
   and leak checked.  There might be a further visual check of
   the welds inside the feedthrough cold boxes next week.

*) The first pedestal was installed today by Ken Sexton, along
   with its two heater plates.  We still have no informatation
   from Orsay regarding the hot/ground power wires for the
   heater plates.

*) The map for attaching the warm cables from the feedthrough
   warm flange to the baseplane is now agreed upon for the
   Standard feedthroughs.  The HEC, Special, and FCAL maps
   are to be finalized during LARG week (next week).  Warm
   cabling is expected to commence next week.
