Minutes of the FT meeing of Vovember 15, 1999.

1. Milestones
   - fake pigtails are waiting for parts
   - Bellows tests - see below
   - Pigtails have arrived in ORSAY - will be shipped ????
   - We have 17 pin carriers total
   - Chris Oram visited on Friday November 12. He reviewed all the mechanical
     and electrical aspects of the feedthrough. I think Chris was quite 
     impressed by the nice work everyone has done.

2. Bellows (Terry,Royand Paul)
   - Each bellow was leak tested on arrival
   - The bellows have been pressure tested.
     - 3.5 Bar with the bellows held on axis.
     - 3.5 Bar with the bellows held off axis by 3mmm
     - 5.0 bar squirm failure.
   - Pictures have been taken documenting the full procedure.
Would Mark, Paul,Roy or Terry please make up a report that we can send out.

3. TIS - Terry
   - Terry continues to negotiate with TIS and Pierre. The final discussion is
now about the exact weld samples. This is being squared away. Terry is 
arranging a meeting with TIS at LARG week.

4. FCI cables
   - Visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of the FCI cables is
complete. Margret and Paul P. are preparing a report that will be shared
with BNL and FCI.
   - The elctrical properties are good.
   - There are mechanical problems.

5. Steel
   - Timken messed up the order. Terry has discussed with Lissauer splitting
what gets made. the good news is there is enough pincarrier flats to keep 
Glasseal going. Timken think they can fix everything up by the end of January.
   - We will have to renegotiate our PO with EBCO.

6. Mark has redesigned the cable connector restraint. A prototype will be 
put on FT -1.
