Feedthrough meeting , December 6, 1999
Present: PB/GV/AD/Mlenc/RK

1. Milestones
   - No material delivered to Victoria last week.
   - Low voltage cables were tested for length and the
original length was found to be ok.
   - Rohacell and alu-mylar cutting will be done in-house by PB.
   - Crate
       - Is being built by the shop. Dave's dad died so there 
may be a delay. Mark will talk to Peter.

2. Cable Connector clamp
   - Mark has a prototype machined in Alu.
   - It will be tested on FT -1.

3. Vacuum Cables - FCI
   - I talked to Bob Evans on the phone. 
       - He is sending us a couple of the new plastic parts of 
the connectors.
       - He is sending us an RFQ for two new qualification cables.
       - He is sending us an RFQ for longer jackscrews.
       - I have organized a one day meeting with them and MF, CJO and RKK.
   - FCI have sent us their drawings and PB is looking at them.

4. Steel
   - The steel order is split with BNL. We should be getting steel 
in a few weeks.

5. Basement activities
   - Tool up jigs and fixtures for Rohacell.
   - Purchase Rohacell - look at FCI drawings to see how it fits together.
   - Make a fixture to vacuum test the funnel assembly after the
cold flange is welded.
   - Mark is designing the handling fixture to vacuum test FTs at CERN
when they arrive.
