maximum sums are calculated for each tower depth.

adc_max_ic(ic, 2) is filled into histograms for runperiods

For histogram
switch histo_switch(4) = 1
the tdc corrected time max is filled into histograms (if cubic fit
is used)
and tdc moments are collected.
