This routine
is activated if the beam chamber reconstruction
is asked
for (mk_beam=1). In that case, the following routines
are called:
hec_beam_ini.f
which
initializes some constants
hec_beam_read(read_ok).f
which
reads the MWPC alignment constants
If the
alignment constants have been read ok, leave this
subroutine,
else call:
hec_beam_pass.f
which
does a pass over the data in order to compute the
alignment
constants.
