HEC1 C wheel on T6A November 2002
Pictures sent by Roy of the hadronic endcap calorimeter first wheel (HEC1 C) on T6A,
in building 180 at CERN, 21 November 2002.
A few words of wisdom from Roy:
"At 20:45 this evening, HEC1 finally arrived at its designated resting place
on T6A. There are no photographs yet, but the whole procedure, while very
long, went with absolutely no problems. We really appreciate the hard work
of the Orsay team to get this job finished on schedule."
This is a side view of T6A with the wheel in its central storage
position. The image was made during the rotation sequence while T6A was
being transferred to the 'garage' location at the end of the cleanroom.
