Subject: The ATLAS pit March 14 2003

Hello Everyone,

For those of you who'd like to see the state of the ATLAS cavern, please
take a look at the three photos attached.

-0332	This is a view of the ATLAS cavern taken from one tunnel entrance,
looking across to the other.

-0333	The final layer of the 2 metre thick side walls of the cavern have
just been poured up to joint of the cavern roof (the 	roof was poured
first). One can see a worker at this interface level. The picture was taken
from the beam tunnel 	level. P.S. The cavern floor is 5 metres thick.
-0334	A view looking into the beam tunnel from the ATLAS cavern.
