And for the dew issue -- Yorke came up with the (in hindsight obvious) future solution of keeping the parafoil wrapped in a dry bag until right before launch, instead of leaving it out for dew to collect.
Should be less of an issue in Arizona anyway (but definitely something to consider in Hawaii).
