Hi Justin
Either time works for me too. However, 4pm EST makes it 10am in Hawaii, which is more convenient than 2:30EST=8:30HST
Thanks
karun

Subject: Change of meeting time, to later on Thursdays

*** Discussion title: ALTAIR General

Hi all,

Due to upcoming teaching schedules (and additionally possible
accommodation of telecon attendees in Hawaii), we would like to change
the meeting time to later in the day on Thursdays (but keeping our
Thursday every-other-week schedule). The nominal plan would be to move
the meeting time to an hour later, i.e. at

     2:30 pm Eastern = 11:30 am Pacific.

An alternative, that also works for the few people whom I've asked so
far, would be to move it to

     4 pm Eastern = 1 pm Pacific.

If you have strong preferences, or other input, between the above two
choices, please kindly reply (preferably by replying to the full
Hypernews mailing list). If there are no strong preferences, we'll stick
with the first of the two options above.

 thanks,
 justin
