Hi all,

Yorke has an urgent task that will take him away at 4:15 pm Eastern at the latest, so we've decided to start today's telecon 15 mins early (at 3:45 pm Eastern = 12:45 pm Pacific). Thus, if you're available to join 15 mins early, please just be on then, and if not, please just join at the usual 4 pm Eastern, and I'm sure we'll go for another 5 mins after that.

 thanks,
 justin
