Our telecon time has been 4 pm Eastern time every other Thursday (for approximately the past year or so). Australian colleagues of ours may be interested in joining the telecon, however 4 pm Eastern time in North America is 6 am in Eastern Australia. In order to make the telecon time a little easier for our Australian colleagues, we're considering a move to 2 hours later: i.e., 6 pm Eastern time in North America (every other Thursday as usual) which equals 8 am Friday morning in Eastern Australia (at least usually... -- daylight savings time can change the difference in boreal winter [and some Australian states use daylight savings time but others don't], but at least in our boreal summer / austral winter, 6 pm Eastern time in North America always equals 8 am Friday morning in Eastern Australia).
If you're not just too confused already (and I sure have been!!! -- but I think all of the above is correct...?) might anyone object to a telecon time move to 2 hours later?
