Feynman diagrams for the processes (anti-)B0 -> D*+/-D-/+
and their relationships under the operation of the CP (charge-parity) operator.
In the Standard Model, this channel should exhibit significant violation of the
nearly-conserved
CP symmetry. Strong phases (shown as the Greek letters delta and delta' in the diagram)
will also enter into this channel. The CP asymmetries in (anti-)B0 ->
D*+/-D-/+ have recently been measured using BaBar. As we gain more
statistics, we will be able to see if the asymmetry is consistent with the Standard Model or
if it hints at the physics that lies beyond.
