The following requirements were missing (loosened) in BToDlnu skims
1. Kaon to produce D0 list
   KMicroNotPion was used as a imput list of kaon, but it was loosened to GTL in skim.
   Note that KMicroNotPionGTL was used to produce Dch.
2. D vertex condition
   Daughters of D (a kaon and a few Pions) come from a point.
3. p*D cut
   D momentum in the CM frame satisfies, 0.5 < p*D < 2.5 GeV

I applied only KMicroNotPion requrement to suppress background

Run4 was used. Luminosities are approximately 25 fb-1
Bhabha veto is applied.


1. BToDlnu skims

D mass : K list = GTL
D mass : K list = KMicroNotPion

A. D0Kpi

D0 mass (D0->Kpi) : MC components
D0 mass (D0->Kpi) : MC components - B and Other separated

Fractional uncertainty of signal
   Delta_S / S = sqrt[(nSig + nBkg + rho*rho*nBkg*nBkg)] / (nSig)
Setting rho = 0

Only D mass peak region: 1.845 GeV < D mass < 1.885 GeV
K list = GTL case:
   nSig = 507553, nBkg = 747267, Delta_S/S = 2.2e-3
K list = KMicroNotPion case:
   nSig = 378510, nBkg = 519317, Delta_S/S = 2.5e-3

Tighter D mass peak region: 1.855 GeV < D mass < 1.875 GeV

B. DchKpipi
