Just 22 kilometers east of
Furka Pass
is the 2046 meter Oberalp Pass, at the border between
the Swiss cantons of Uri and Grisons (or Graubünden).
We passed over Oberalp Pass on 1 August 2003 on our way to
Susch,
and again on our return trip to Geneva two days later.
Fiona took these two pictures while we were stopped at
the pass for a few minutes break.
